I'm a technology and operations executive based in Maryland. I've spent the past twelve years at 4myBenefits, a benefits administration company, helping build the systems and processes that the business runs on.

My work has covered a lot of ground. I've led software development, built data and automation systems, and managed an ACA compliance operation where accuracy and deadlines are essential. Working on both the technology and service sides of a business has shaped how I approach problems. Good software matters, but so do the people, processes, and decisions around it.

I've always been interested in the business itself, not just the technology. I have an MBA in finance, and I enjoy understanding how companies make money, what limits their growth, and where better operations can make a difference. Increasingly, that's where I find the most interesting problems.
